📝 Step 1: Request Your Spotify Listening Data

1. Go to Spotify's Privacy Data Request Page.
2. Scroll down to Download your data and select Extended streaming history.
3. Confirm your email and submit the request.
4. Spotify will email you a download link within a few days (depending on Spotify and can fluctuate)

📂 Step 2: Download and Unpack Your Data

1. Click the download link in the email from Spotify.
2. Unzip the file on your computer — you'll find several .json files (especially StreamingHistory files).

⬆️ Step 3: Upload Your Files to Totally Wrapped

1. Return to totally-wrapped.com.
2. Upload your Streaming_history[...].json files — drag & drop or use the file picker.
3. Accept the privacy policy to continue.

📊 Step 4: Get Your Personalized Spotify Insights

We’ll analyze your entire history to show:

• Top songs and artists by total listening time
• Listening habits and time trends
• Shareable, Spotify-style visuals for social media
• Note: Non-music items (like podcasts or videos) are automatically
  ignored but if you upload other or corrupt files it will give you an error

And you can:

• Generate a custom highlight to share on social media
• Download your full summary as an .xlsx file
• Time-travel through your musical journey 🎶
